We only ship to the UK at the moment.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (if tracking is applied for your order) once your order is on its way so you can look forward to its arrival. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however, please note there are occasions out of our control that can affect delivery, such as Royal Mail Strikes, Bank holidays and festive periods.

No problem! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order. Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days.

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If it is within the 28-day limit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All returned items must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please email for further help.

If you need to get your order sent for a specific date, please add a note to your order or email us and we will do our very best to help you.

If you email us at with your order number and new address, before we pack the order, we should be able to change this for you (we usually dispatch within the first 24 hours). However, if it’s been dispatched, there’s nothing we can do.

We can personalise bulk orders of 50 units and above. Please email with your requirements for a price.

If you have received delivery confirmation but you have not received your order please contact us at and let us know so that we can investigate for you. Royal Mail cannot investigate after 10 days from its specified delivery date so please let us know at your earliest convenience.

You will receive an email once your order is shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
